Green Jasmine Flower Blossom £6.50
This hand tied flower will blossom as it infuses revealing three marigold flowers.These downy silver tips are skillfully prepared to combine their delicate flavour with the natural sweetness of the marigold. This is a truly delicious tea unlike any other               
                       
Green Leaf £6.00
This whole leaf tea is one of the highest quality green teas available and subsequently one of the most delicious. You will notice the difference as the whole leaves unfurl to release their clean, refreshing taste                 
 
Jasmine Silver Tip £6.50
The silver needles are carefully mixed by hand with fresh jasmine flowers. At an exact temperature and humidity the jasmine flowers give off their fragrance while the silver tips are able to absorb the jasmine’s scent                       
                       
White Silver Tip £6.50
Also known as silver needle this tea is hand produced entirely from leaf buds at the point of unfurling. This exceptionally pure and natural tea undergoes the least processing of all teas. It has a delicious aroma and a wonderfully delicate, clean and refreshing taste            
                       
Green Silver Tip £6.50
As with Silver Tip Teas the mature buds have not opened to the sun and, therefore, have not begun to photosynthesize making them lower in caffeine and tannins than any other tea.

A glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne NV

Ruinart is the oldest House of Champagne, founded in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, thus fulfilling the ambition of his uncle, Dom Thierry Ruinart, who had foreseen the potential of sparkling wine at the beginning of the century. Blanc de Blancs, meaning a white wine from white grapes, is a delicate rounded Champagne with aromas of white stone fruits such as peach, and citrus. The palate is pure, distinct & clear-cut. Evolves in the mouth, fluctuating between freshness, suppleness & fullness.

This has a heart of Second flush Darjeeling, which is blended with top notes of bergamot and tangerine green from Italy for a fabulous new take on an old favourite. To give it a final twist the base has a pinch of vanilla.
 
Thé Bigarade
A cup of plentiful character. Second flush Assam is invigorated by notes of Brazilian bigarade oil. Enlivened with Ceylon Vanilla and Sinharaja Rainforest tea, this is a full bodied and flavoursome blend.
 
Thé Pétales
This light and feminine tea is an exceptionally pure blend of Vanilla Ceylon tea and Rose Absolute from Turkey. With a heart of Taiwanese White Tip Oolong and Geranium Bourbon from Réunion, this exquisite tea demands the prettiest of cups.
 
Thé Violette
A delicate fusion of fruits and flowers. The sweet muscatel notes of second flush Darjeeling from the Jungpana Estate combine with accents of violet, blackcurrant bud and green mulberry leaf.
